Your primary goal is to properly organize staff members and achieve a reasonable workflow<br \/>\nthroughout the day. Your position will also include directing, disciplining, training, and assisting lower-<br \/>\nlevel manufacturing employees in a factory setting.<\/p>\n<p>Job Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Helps manufacturing staff achieve company goals by communicating expectations, planning,<br \/>\nmonitoring, and evaluating job results.<\/li>\n<li>Enforces company policies and guidelines.<\/li>\n<li>Recruits, hires, and trains employees<\/li>\n<li>Assists workers by offering personal growth opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Implements cost-saving strategies and techniques.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures that production plans are completed by a certain time.<\/li>\n<li>Contacts appropriate sources for repair issues<\/li>\n<li>Counsels employees on how to achieve an optimal output or workflow<\/li>\n<li>Resolves issues and disputes between manufacturing employees.<\/li>\n<li>Creates and maintains professional schedules.<\/li>\n<li>Communicates with and assists other manufacturing departments as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluates the condition of production equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Maintains a clean and safe environment for all workers.<\/li>\n<li>Compiles and analyzes production records.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Position requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous supervisory experience<\/li>\n<li>Excellent coaching and communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to track expenses and compile budget reports.<\/li>\n<li>Broad knowledge of production planning processes<\/li>\n<li>Strategic planning skills<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable working in an automotive manufacturing environment<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of machine controls and instrumentation<\/li>\n<li>Able to deal with complex issues in a fast-paced setting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pay Rate: $60k-70k per year.<br \/>\nDays\/Hours (shift): Monday- Friday(8am-5pm)(3:30pm-11:30pm)<br \/>\n*Hours are subject to change depending on workload, must be
